These terms explain what browsing, asking a question and choosing Dispatch messages mean. They apply to Estrilya's website and communication features alongside the separate Privacy Policy.

Estrilya LLC provides this website, direct part-time role information and Estrilya Dispatch. EST is the public SMS brand alias operated exclusively by Estrilya LLC. Use of the pages and communication features must be consistent with these terms and applicable law.
The website describes Estrilya LLC's own direct part-time work in inquiry categorization, correspondence review, approved-answer organization and content indexing. Descriptions are informational, may change and do not guarantee a current opening. Employment conditions such as schedule, location and pay require separate company confirmation.
Sending a question, completing a form or choosing SMS does not create an employment relationship, offer or guarantee of consideration, interview or hiring. An employment arrangement requires a separate express agreement. A completion message on the website cannot establish that the company has read or accepted an inquiry.
Estrilya Dispatch sends recurring marketing SMS about Estrilya LLC's own direct part-time correspondence and content-organization opportunities and company recruiting updates. Up to 4 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Carrier services, network conditions and device settings affect delivery, which is not guaranteed.
SMS enrollment uses an unchecked consent box followed by a separate unchecked confirmation box. Giving consent is voluntary and is not required to apply, be considered for a role, purchase goods or receive services. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help; joshua@estrilya.com also provides a help contact. The program excludes purchased, rented, scraped, affiliate and third-party marketing lists.
Use contact features for lawful, relevant purposes and share only material you are entitled to provide. Impersonation, abusive submissions, unsolicited promotions, harmful code and attempts to access information without authorization are prohibited. Do not use the website to expose another person's private correspondence.
Website wording, graphics, layout and brand marks belong to Estrilya LLC or their respective rights holders. Reading or referencing the site for a personal inquiry grants no ownership interest. Protected reproduction, redistribution and commercial reuse require permission except where applicable law permits them.
Features and information may be revised, interrupted or withdrawn.
